Territory Account Manager (Commercial Enterprise)

We are looking to hire a full time professional Territory Account Manager for our Woodinville office. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Territory Account Manager will develop sales opportunities and relationships, ensuring sales targets are met, using the tools and resources that LEVERAGE has to offer.

In collaboration with the Sales Director, s/he must develop and apply the company’s sales and marketing strategies while taking into account the growth opportunities in the Puget Sound market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops maximum sales potential through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company's products and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses
  • Builds and maintains quality relations with assigned accounts/territory, and increases account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis
  • Follows up with sales leads generated through incoming calls, advertising campaigns, and other promotional efforts to expand current customer base
  • Contacts customers via telephone, correspondence or in person by traveling as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company
  • Assists and resolves customer complaints in a timely manner, notifies management of problems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in of Outside Territory sales experienced.
  • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiation and superior phone skills
  • Strong knowledge of the OSI model and Cisco platforms
  • Must have general knowledge of networking and services

Pre-sales Sr. Systems Engineer (Commercial Enterprise)

Leverage Information Systems has an immediate need for a Pre-sales Sr. Systems Engineer. This SE position will be considered a technology generalist; someone with deep technical expertise across multiple products and technologies and strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills. While this is a technology generalist position, strong experience in the field of IP Telephony / VoIP solutions is highly desired. The SE is responsible for providing the technical and solution expertise required to support and optimize sales and marketing activities, often in very complex technological, multi-vendor competitive situations. The position is rewarded in part based on sales results.

What you will need for this position:

  • Pre-sales architecture level experience and excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
  • The ideal candidate is one who has scoping, designing, deployment and implementation experience with Cisco’s IP technologies.
  • A working understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies including switching, routing, security, virtualization, storage and physical datacenter practices is required.
  • A working understanding of Cisco Security Solutions; Advanced Malware Protection, Email Security, Network Visibility and Enforcement, Next-Generation Firewalls, Next-Generation Intrusion Prevention Systems, Router Security, Security Management,VPN Security Clients
  • Experience with Cisco Cloud Security and Web Security is a plus
  • Any industry certifications relevant to a pre-sales solutions architect are a plus (CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, VCP, VCDX, etc.)

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in the design, architecture and presentation of technical solutions
  • Attend customer meetings to help identify and qualify sales opportunities with the sales team
  • Specify equipment and estimate consulting, installation and support requirements
  • Deliver the technical development of proposal content (BOMs & SOWs), presentations, RFI / RFP responses, and technical demonstrations, etc.
  • Some implementation and support responsibilities may occasionally be required.

Surveillance (Southern CA) Account Manager

Based in Woodinville, WA with a regional office in Riverside, CA; Leverage has an opening for a full-time Account Manager focusing upon Municipal IP Surveillance in Southern California.

Municipal Surveillance includes all departments within a municipality and county agencies. Businesses within a municipality are also considered a focus of this position.

Job Description:

Candidate's primary role will be to manage/handle municipalities within a defined region, generally based upon county. Responsible for growth (health, revenue and generation) and development, management, closure of forecasted opportunities with client database. Work directly with the IP Surveillance Practice Director to implement Customer Account and Territorial Account Plans (supporting goals/objectives). Develop/implement sales and marketing activities to grow market share and support current business, sales, and marketing to customer base.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience and/or combination of experience and education.
  • Experience of 5-10 years in Municipal Sales.
  • Strong sales skills with high level of technical and business acumen.
  • Ability to create Partnerships and solution and program knowledge.
  • Ability to assess client needs (analysis), product/industry knowledge, client engagement using good selling fundamentals (questioning, active listening, interpersonal skills, value selling, closing) with high accountability.
  • Knowledge of IP based surveillance systems and requirements of surveillance needs within municipalities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communications are critical; able to deliver presentations at executive level.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small group to resolve urgent issues, process orientated with high attention to detail, and triage a problem quickly providing precise/clear information while working under minimum supervision.
  • Reliable and have a strong work ethic, able to prioritize projects and meet critical deadlines.
  • This employment position requires a background check for the last 10 years and to pass a drug screening due to the sensitive nature of the position.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong data center solutions background. The Senior Account Manager will partner with our Engineers in a pre-sales role, showcasing Cisco, and other complimentary product solutions. The Pre-Sales Systems Engineer/Architect (SE) will partner with our Account Executives in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing Cisco, and other complimentary product solutions. This position entails direct account and partner related responsibilities for selected accounts while assisting the team with your subject matter expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of system engineering and more than one area of specialization.
  • High-level knowledge and strong operating experience in more than one of the following areas of specialization: Datacenter technologies such as x86/server technology, SDN, Nexus9K/ACI and Compute technologies, VMware, SAN's, IP/MPLS, Metro Ethernet, VPN's, SP Security, QoS, Remote/Local Access, Multi-Service (Voice and Video), and Optical Networking.
