We are looking for an AR Clerk to join our growing team! The AR Clerk will be responsible for recording payments to customers’ accounts and maintaining accounts receivable records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepares daily cash deposits and fills out cash control sheet daily.
• Enters finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger by customer.
• Prepares and mails invoices to customers.
• Processes daily credit card deposits.
• Files check stubs and bank receipts.
• Monitors and follows-up with customers for past due invoices.
• Researches and processes customer claims of invoice payment.
• Researches and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks.
• Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up.
• Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts.
• Assists with Accounts Payable and related special projects or other duties, as required.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of office experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Accurate typing, 10-key, and data entry skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals; write simple and routine business reports.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Systems Engineer (CSE) for our Western Territory with strong communication skills and the ability to quickly form trusting relationships. The position will also include the opportunity to work directly with end-users during the deployment of Cisco products and other related technologies. This person will partner with our Account Executives in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing Cisco and other complimentary product solutions. This position entails direct account and partner related responsibilities for selected accounts while assisting the team with their needs and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Senior Staff Accountant

The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for processing payroll and tax returns, providing support with account reconciliations and ledgers, and handling business license and permit management while working closely with our Controller on key projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collect and enter time into QuickBooks payroll.
• Process payroll related payments – Garnishments, 401k deductions, child support, and others as appropriate.
• Maintain and monitor schedule of due dates for returns, ensuring that tax returns and payments are filed on time.
• Monitor and maintain the sales tax codes in accounting system.
• Maintain and monitor schedule of Company business licenses and permits and file renewals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with broker to enroll new employees in medical / dental insurance programs.
• Prepare monthly journal entry to record net premium expense for the Company after payroll deductions.
• Coordinate 401K reporting and processing.
• Arrange and upload prevailing wage reports at least once each month and maintain a list of active prevailing wage jobs with current reporting requirements.
• File property tax returns as required in jurisdictions where the Company has offices.
• Organize and file income tax returns for states as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, required.
• 3+ years of experience in an Accounting role.
• Experience with multiple state payroll and sales tax returns preferred.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Lead Structured Cabling Technician (Journeyman 06)

We are looking to hire a Lead Structured Cabling Technician (Journeyman 06) who will be responsible for installing and servicing voice and data cabling systems in the Puget Sound area. The job sites are mainly in the Seattle/Tacoma area but the position will occasionally have remote assignments.

Essential Duties:
• Terminate cables on cross connects, hubs, and routers
• Use cable testing equipment to troubleshoot problems
• Monitor cable system performance
• Provide new users with cable and modular connections, and relocates cable connections for existing users
• Read technical manuals and brochures to determine equipment that meets establishment requirements
• Visit vendors to learn about available products, enhancements, or services
• Test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems
• Oversee or assist in installation of communications hardware
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs

Shift: This is a full-time position. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm with occasional after hours or weekend work.

Qualifications:
• GED/High School Diploma
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License and current Journeyman Electrical 06 license
• 2+ years of experience as a Telecommunications Technician
• Experience installing structured cabling
• Experience with telecommunications cabling copper (CAT 5e, 6, and 6A), fiber optics installation, and termination
• Leviton or Legrand Certification is preferred
• Must be able to climb and carry ladders up to 28 feet tall and carry heavy equipment such as boxes, spools, and cabling materials
• Pre-employment background check and drug test is required

SLED Territory Account Manager

 The State/Local/Education (SLED) Territory Account Manager is responsible for the sales execution of the SLED vertical business. This individual creates and works with qualified leads from sales and business partners and pursues and constructs Account and Transactional opportunities through to closure. Strong sales skills and a passion for technical and business solutions in the Government and Education sectors are keys to success. This individual will be supported by a Sales Engineer and Inside Sales Support Representative. The SLED hybrid IT business is designed primarily around Unified Communications solutions, with complementary solutions from a few dozen key partners, including Stanley, HPE/Aruba, and Cisco (Gold Partner).

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Meet or exceed sales revenue and gross profit targets.  
  • Drive new SLED business through a Vertical you own. 
  • Provide exceptional sales support for your regions. 
  • Develop and track business plans for your regions, participate in region business plan reviews, and ensure business plans are complete and accurate.  
  • Help communicate to management any risks to business or target achievement on a regular basis.  
  • Drive wins, references, and case studies in your market.  
  • Work with our partners sales teams to plan and organize sales strategies. Analyze the sales environment including customer expectations, competitive environment, and customer operational and technical environments and define actions to be performed in the sales cycle timeframe.  
  • Assess the customer’s business environment and propose new ways of handling interactions with their customers and staff.  
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations and statements of work. Respond to RFIs/RFPs as necessary.  
  • Keep abreast of the solutions, applications, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and attendance at industry events.  
  • Travel required.
     

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.  
  • Industry experience with Cisco and/or HPE/Aruba is preferred.  
  • 3+ years of Government related sales experience is required. 
  • Ability to lead a sales engagement through to closure  
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver supporting practical execution plans.  
  • Ability to identify and creatively resolve complex business and people issues.  
  • Consistency in using well rounded business judgment.  
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations.  
  • Ability to travel to meet customers.
