Description

As an Inside Sales Representative for LEVERAGE you will have the exciting opportunity to enable our Field Sales Teams by supporting the customer purchases and driving cross-collaboration internally and externally. You will engage with customers across vertical markets including Healthcare, Higher Education, Enterprise, and the US Public Sector.

In this role, you will establish deep business and technical relationships with customers through your knowledge of the customer’s mission and their environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in sales support and/or sales, the ability to interact up to an executive level, as well as a general knowledge of technology that enables them to easily interact with our solutions. As a Cisco Gold Partner, experience with selling and implementing Cisco technology will be a big advantage. In addition, familiarity with integrating internal products, including surveillance, is a plus.

The candidate should also have the demonstrated ability to think strategically about the mission, product, technical challenges and be able to convey compelling value propositions. They will work closely with field sales to drive joint engagement to support the development of opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and forecast of business opportunities.
  • Understand and navigate contracting vehicles and procedures.
  • Execute the strategic sales and business development plan defined by the Account Executive while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. sales teams, service teams, legal, support, etc.)
  • Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks in partner account development.
  • Develop quotes and formal proposal responses. Process and submit all orders related to your aligned Account Executive and/or Accounts.
  • Facilitate return authorizations and credits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with technology.
  • Demonstrated success with complex deals working with business procurement and legal teams.
  • Experience with SLED procurement and contracting processes.
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and customer’s technical leads to inventory existing on-premise technology, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
  • Excellent at leveraging C-level relationships to sell against competitors.

As the Senior Sales Professional for your territory, you’ll take ownership for generating the sales needed for a thriving business. You will craft your business plan to maximize your unlimited commission structure. You will propose, present and close sales. You can accelerate your sales numbers by presenting our integrated technology service packages as well as our Professional & Managed Service offers.

As a Cisco Gold Partner, experience with selling and implementing Cisco technology will be a big advantage. In addition, familiarity with integrating internal products, including surveillance, would also be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation, qualification, and account management
  • Identify and work with technology partners that lead to closing end-user sales opportunities
  • Engage in extensive customer contact to conduct sales; develop strong customer relationships; introduce new products, identify product features, and keep accounts informed of product developments.
  • Work closely with senior sales leadership, operations, project managers as well as pre-and-post engineering to support planning and implementation efforts.
  • Executive level engagement with ongoing events designed and managed by you. Things like QBRs, Lunch and Learns, Roadshow and Roundtable events will be expected.
  • Implement your proven system for filling, developing, and maintaining a rich pipeline of potential business.
  • Develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan for your territory, working the State and Local Government, Education and Healthcare ecosystem.
  • Full responsibility for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and facilitation of sales enablement and business plans.

Your overall focus areas will be in prospecting, developing business, responding to RFPs, developing proposals for presentation to customers, and selling services and products. Cross-functional teams from Leverage IS marketing, solutions engineers, professional services, and product development teams will provide support and tools for you to meet and exceed sales performance goals.

Requirements

  • Run and manage relationships within state, local and education sell-to and sell-thru motions.
  • Run and manage relationships and accounts within given territory to include Healthcare and Enterprise accounts.
  • Develop additional relationships across the SLED and Healthcare ecosystem.
  • Pipeline Generation – acquire new customer database from calling into high level within prospect organizations, networking, and various customer account lists.
  • Participates in campaigns, conferences, works with marketing team to understand new offers and leads in assigned region, generates leads independently and follows-up appropriately.
  • Solution Selling consults with clients to determine their needs and works with internal and channel team to generate multi-product/service solutions. Takes initiative to learn new offers and products, as they become available.
  • Proposal/Presentation Generation: incorporates executive summary, ROI analysis, and solution design to develop customer-specific proposals and presentations.
  • Relationship Management develops and manages relationships with current clients to develop additional business, a high level of client satisfaction and increased retention rates.
  • Accurate Forecasting captures activity information on a timely basis as client interactions occur to ensure accurate product and services forecasting.

Lead Structured Cabling Technician (Journeyman 06)

We are looking to hire a Lead Structured Cabling Technician (Journeyman 06) who will be responsible for installing and servicing voice and data cabling systems in the Puget Sound area. The job sites are mainly in the Seattle/Tacoma area but the position will occasionally have remote assignments.

Essential Duties:
• Terminate cables on cross connects, hubs, and routers
• Use cable testing equipment to troubleshoot problems
• Monitor cable system performance
• Provide new users with cable and modular connections, and relocates cable connections for existing users
• Read technical manuals and brochures to determine equipment that meets establishment requirements
• Visit vendors to learn about available products, enhancements, or services
• Test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems
• Oversee or assist in installation of communications hardware
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs

Shift: This is a full-time position. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm with occasional after hours or weekend work.

Qualifications:
• GED/High School Diploma
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License and current Journeyman Electrical 06 license
• 2+ years of experience as a Telecommunications Technician
• Experience installing structured cabling
• Experience with telecommunications cabling copper (CAT 5e, 6, and 6A), fiber optics installation, and termination
• Leviton or Legrand Certification is preferred
• Must be able to climb and carry ladders up to 28 feet tall and carry heavy equipment such as boxes, spools, and cabling materials
• Pre-employment background check and drug test is required
